Victorian Festival The 11th annual Port Townsend Victorian Festival was held March 16 -18, 2007. Sixteen different events were scheduled over the course of the three-day festival, five were new events. These included a guided tour of the newly restored City Hall building

Lighting the Great Depression
presented by Ken Kelly and were presented at the Vintage Hardware building on
Sims Way. The Uptown Guided Walking Tours, which are a regular JCHS summer
offering, were also added.
Beautiful Dreamers: a Port Townsend Kaleidoscope
featured a dinner theatre
with vignettes of historical characters commenting on events from early Port
Townsend life. Returning events from 2006 included the ever-popular Historic Cemetery Tours, Grand Victorian Ball, Candlelight Dinner and Tour of Homes, Fort Townsend Military Encampment, Victorian Fashion Show, Cornucopia Band Concert, Palace Hotel Poker Parlor and the Port Townsend When and Now Program The
festival was successful despite inclement weather on two of the three days, but
attendance was directly impacted. The planning process consisted of nine
months of volunteer work by the core committee of 10, with the addition of over
