Saving Treasures Every Day

Once every year we appeal for support from our members and friends in our annual fund drive. Every year your enthusiastic response is most heartening.

Your generosity allows JCHS to save Jefferson County treasures. In the past year you have helped us in many exciting ways including: The Treasure Chest: The Research Center expansion is underway and will serve as the major repository of Jefferson County’s historic treasures. It is brimming over with more than 500,000 artifacts ranging from rare documents to farm equipment with more arriving every day.
Treasures of the Smithsonian:
JCHS was selected as a venue for the major Smithsonian traveling exhibit “Journey Stories”. Exhibit Treasures: The award-winning Theater Gallery opened at the Jefferson County Museum featuring the video “We Came With Dreams."  Kids' Treasures: Summer camps and school programs all year long.

Please contribute as generously as possible to the Annual Fund.
Every donation is warmly accepted and appreciated.

Thank you very much for helping us save treasures every day.

Sincerely,
Julie Marston, President
William Tennent, Executive Director

Annual fund donations are tax-deductible and separate from your membership dues.
